CONFUSED

am I in labour I am 41+2 weeks pregnant and had a sweep yesterday. She said my cervix is thin, soft and 2cm dilated she also said she can feel the baby's head. I have been getting Braxton hicks every 5-10 mins with a mild period like pain but not strong. I have had abit of diorea this morning also vomiting could this be the start plz help I'm very confused by it all x
