Large wet spot on panties? Leak or discharge?

My husband and I were out getting baby stuff and I went to use the restroom I had a large (like fist size) wet spot on my undies. It didn't have a smell, just wet so I don't think I leaked urine. Plan call my Dr in the morning but just wondering if you ladies ever got it? I'm 29 weeks and my fluid levels are already in the low end of normal.

    U need to call your doctor ASAP if you're not sure. If it is an amniotic fluid leak baby is at risk for infection and you need to be treated incase of preterm labor or early induction. There's a simple test for the fluid and they will know if it's amniotic fluid right away. Better safe than sorry and no one will ever make you feel silly if it is just pee.
