Anyone's 2 month old still pooping 4+ times a day?

im not too concerned,that is why I haven't called the doctor, just looking to see if other mommas are going through the same thing. My baby seems fine, she's just been pooping about the same amount as before and I thought t was suppose to be less by now.Anyone have any opinions?

Yep! My DS is 7 weeks so not quite the 2 month mark yet. But I was expecting the pooping to subside a bit by now. In a day he maybe has one just wet diaper and the rest are wet and poopy. And often a LOT of poop. So he's probably averaging 6-7 poops a day. Sigh. He's gaining about 1/2 oz per week though and he doesn't seem particularly fussy that would make me concerned about something I'm eating. So I'm just coming to terms with the fact that my baby poops a lot.

Not always 4 times a day but usually between 2-4

My lo is 9 weeks and I notices that ge started pooping less at 8 weeks but not so much less. He still poops 5-6 times a day, but he eats a lot! More than 30oz so I guess that's why!

Geez! I kinda wish my LO pooped that much. She only goes about once maybe twice a week and the poor thing has to strain so hard.... Been to the doctors and they say it's normal for breastfed babies to go up to 10 days but it just doesn't seem right to me and I hate seeing her struggle like that.

I guess I didn't know they pooped less as they got older! I was concerned because my boy has like wet farts during the day. He usually wakes up for the day by farting a lot and pooping lol!! And then he'll just lay there, but heaven forbid he be wet! Haha. He's even pooped himself and fallen asleep LOTS of times. How's that for a natural alarm clock??

Same here! With grunts and sighs, and once he goes he's so happy!

My LO is 11 weeks and he still poops almost every diaper change. I rarely get a "wet only" diaper. Hopefully it slows down at some point but at least he's not constipated. He's EBF too.

My DD poops a lot too- she's 85th percentile in weight, and she eats a lot, so it's normal. I've heard pooping a lot or a little is normal for newborns/infants so I'm not concerned.
