Hey ladies! Here's an opportunity to start your day off with positive thinking!

Post something that has occurred recently (anything) that has brought the thought of your own blessedness (or luck) to mind!

Mine:
My husband and I traveled all weekend, came back exhausted and with no groceries.
Yesterday after we got off work, he took me home, insisted that I nap then snuck off to the grocery store (his LEAST favorite chore). I am blessed!!

    I got lucky yesterday because I took a road trip, just me and my toddler, and we didn't have to stop once on the way back. She was so good in the car and slept most of the way.Then when I got home I noticed that my nosey neighbors from hell were packing up their van and leaving town for a trip of their own. Freedom!

    After having an awful bout of MS all in part to making hamburger helper for the Hubs on Monday, last night he suggested chicken enchillads for dinner and even picked up everything I needed.  I might add that Mexican is his least favorite food and he ate most of the enchiladas last night.

    We went to a city close to Chicago. It was about a 5 1/2 hour drive (non-stop). I was so scared to take her alone but DH is away on business and we were bored!

    My dog got out of the house yesterday and ended up a couple of blocks away. A lady found her and drove around asking people she saw outside if they knew who's dog she was, my husband was outside and was so relieved! I was in tears my entire drive home so having her home makes me feel so blessed! Also, my husband bought me a tshirt from his work today and since hardly any of my tshirts fit I'm beyond excited!

    We had a gender reveal party Yesturday and we were runnin late on getting everything ready, while I was at the grocery picking up last minute food for the party when I came back my boyfriend had the entire house decorated! I was very impressed with his decorating skills!

    I am blessed to have such a hardworking, handy husband. We are adding onto our home and my husband and his Dad (who is a GC) are doing the majority of the work. I know how stressful and time consuming it is for my DH but it is saving us a ton of money. And when we need something done around the house, we don't have to call and have someone come out - DH can usually take care of it himself.

    My poor doggies had a really bad eye infection and when we took them to the vet she said it wasn't contagious to the other dogs and then told me that because the last time I went there for them they had charged me wrong so the visit and their medicine was free.. I guess I'm more thankful then anything..

    Yesterday my dad and I went to look at a rocker we saw on Craigslist. It was a Pottery Barn rocker that normally sells upwards of $500. It was in great condition and coming from a clean home so we got it for $140! Also, my boyfriend's job searching is finally starting to pay off and he had two strong leads today!

    Blessed or lucky may not be the way I would describe it... More like patience pays off in the end!

    Received an unexpected commission for a new client I brought into our firm. It was a nice bonus that I will put directly into the savings account for baby.

    My husband and I have been preparing the nursery. He's been getting so excited and I can't explain how wonderful it is to watch him falling in love :)
