  Baby Daybook is what I'm using... I love it. Contemplating paying the $3 for the pro version that lets you see graphs and stats!

  I use one called Baby feeding log. It's pretty basic but it was free and was super helpful these first couple weeks when you really want to keep track of dirty/wet diapers and it times how long you feed on each side.
