Drink fruit smoothies with protein. Eat what you can, even if it's the same thing over and over. No appetite isn't as bad as nausea at any and all mentions of food.
I am dealing with this now. Just eat what you can. I notice that during the day I have no appetite. Its only at night that I want to eat, and when I do, all I want is pizza or pasta. Not the healthiest but better than nothing.
I am also trying to get some nutrients via what I am drinking. So having a lot of chocolate milk and OJ.

It's the hormones, and changes in routine, as in stress and sleep.
If you are breastfeeding, its especially important that you eat regularly to support milk supply, and you don't want to lose even more muscle than you already did from being pregnant. I ate what I was able. Even if it meant icecream, cereal, and having fruity protein shakes, and milkshakes helped too.
I got support from post pregnancy rehab company with my physical recovery. Also get emotional and mental support from friends/family you can trust. Gaining your appetite back is important for your health. It will get better for you though because you are doing something about it.
