Diarrhoea and fatigue

hello all, I was just wondering if having diarrhoea feeling nauseous and completely fatigued was a sign of labour?
I am currently 38+3 and all of a sudden this afternoon I started to experience all of the above symptoms.
Just wondered if any of you lovely mums or mums to be have experienced the same or could shed some light on the matter please.

    I say no and no. I get diarrhea about every other day and being tired is a third trimester thing.

    It's hard when you search it online as everyone says different. It's good to hear real answers. As for the tiredness it really is like I've done a 48 hour shift at work! I'm beat! X
