Can I play sports?

I am the team captain of my companies Kickball Team. Tonight is most likely our last game, because it's playoffs and basically we suck! Haha nerds vs Gym rats. Our last two have cancelled due to weather, so I got out of them. My first OB appointment is tomorrow so I have not been able to ask. do you think it's safe for me to play?

    IMO I would never play sports that could potentially endanger my LO. No contact sports, nothing where you have the potential to fall, tumble... etc or any sports where balls are potentially flying at you at high rates of speed. I know that kickball isn't like a seriously endangering game, but I would air on the side of caution and root from the sidelines.

    Honestly, I played in an incrediball tourney at 7 and half weeks. I would advice against it because I was a NERVOUS WRECK after. I was so afraid I hurt them.

    I'd be worried of tripping but, then again, I am very uncoordinated lol.

    I was told sports and exercises that wouldn't put me in contact with another person or have a high risk of falling would be fine, but I'm also being monitored as high risk so I know I have to be a little more careful than non-high risk Momma's. Do what you think/feel is best.

    I wouldn't because god forbid if something was to happen I would never forgive myself. Plus, I am not very coordinated either so thats a strike against me anyways.

    I played beach volleyball throughout my first pregnancy. As long as you're careful, I think it's fine!

    Thankfully we didn't have enough players and got to forfeit and I didn't have to spill the beans yet.
