Gel-filled prenatal vitamin was leaking...

... and I took it anyway (I'm traveling and have exactly the number of them that i need)

And now i feel REALLY sick. I'm worried that they absorbed too fast - anything i should be concerned about? Google turned up nothing.

    I wouldn't worry about it ! It's not like it was any extra doses or anything.

    Agreed. Personally I probably wouldn't have taken it and just missed a day, no biggie.

    I ended up throwing up at least some of it and didn't take any more.. 

    I typically do NOT get nauseous taking vitamins (i did before i was pregnant but not since..)

    So ladies, if your prenatal gel cap bursts or leaks, just toss it..
