    YEP. Same. I am a ftm and figured I had pinched something or stretched something in my butt cheek! I was like no way is this pregnancy related-it's too early. I'm 14w now and it started around 9-10 weeks. Awful.

    I'm so glad mine hasn't acted up yet. Besides my M/S in the first trimester, my sciatica was the hardest part of pregnancy. Towards the end, I wouldn't even want move my legs as the day went on. I didn't even make full term (34 weeks)... I can't image how bad it would have got.
