  Could it be gas??? I've been really gassy with this pregnancy if I don't let it out I get stomach cramps. Hope you feel better soon.

  I get these especially late at night and early morning. It really depends on what I ate. I go through spurts of cramping for some reason. I assumed it's my uterus expanding!

  I've been having pretty bad cramping the last few days too, no idea why, but I get it off and on with pregnancy. I hope it passes quickly for you!

  You might just be right about overdoing it. I know sometimes when this happens I need to lay down, rest and drink more water. Hope you feel better!

  Last week I had terrible stomach ache cramping in my upper abdomen followed by diarrhea. It lasted for 2 days and I was barely able to do more than make it to the bathroom and back to the couch. It turned out to be a virus I ate yogurt and drank water when I was able and that helped a lot. I'm not sure if this is what you have or if maybe you did just over do it a bit.
