Dreamfeeds???

I'm really conflicted about the dream feed.... My 7wo son will sleep for 5 hours with a dream feed sandwiched in there but I feel like feeding him then is not helping him stretch longer than 3 hrs between feedings!

    I don't dream feed but if you're waking up to feed anyway what's the point?

    He might start sleeping longer without needing to feed but you'll never know. I guess i'd be on board if they guaranteed like 5 hours between feedings lol

    Have you thought about bigger bottles before bed? My 7wo typically eats every 3-4 hours during the day and she eats 4oz bottles. However, when I feed her around 5/6pm and then 10/11pm I give her a 5oz bottle and then she will sleep for 5-6 hours at night because her belly is full.
