Constantly moving arms, legs & head

My daughter is now 11 weeks and for many weeks now she's been constantly moving her hands, feet and head. It never stops when she's awake. I asked my pediatrician if that was normal and she said yes but I still have some concerns. Has anyone else experienced this with this baby?

My first one did it and so does this one. It's normal, they are just trying to figure out how to control their arms and legs.
