I swear cravings weren't a big issue for me last time ... But now I get an idea in my head And I just can't drop it.

Anyone else having strong(er) food cravings already?

    This is my first pregnancy so I don't have anything to compare it to but I did have a craving for oven roasted Brussels sprouts the other night even though I'd never had them before. I was dying to make them so my H obliged. I liked them! Other than that I haven't really craved anything.

    I'm with you! Last time, I had more food aversions than cravings, and not until later, but this time I've had several cravings. Outback ribs, chocolate milk, cheese and crackers so far. I'm turned off by sweets, too, aside from the milk.

    No REAL cravings yet.  It's been more NOTHING sounds good.  But I know I have to eat, which is hard when you're nauseous.  In the past I had to eat all the hamburgers.  And chocolate/peanut butter ice cream.  I think I probably caused a shortage of Haagen-Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream in the past two years.

    I want some damn Phish Food but all my Co-Op has that I can eat from Ben and Jerry is some Peanut Butter Cup.... this is is not to my satisfaction.  They know me by name so I am waiting to show until I start making demands!

    Most of my cravings have been normal but today I was hit with an intense desire for garlic cloves!!! I love garlic but that just sounds crazy to eat a clove of it. I'm not giving in but all I can think about/smell/taste is garlic.

    I can't tell what cravings are pregnancy related versus the cravings I would have before becoming pregnant. Or are all cravings pregnancy related now?
