Scared...

I started cramping and spotting last night. It lasted throughout the night and into today. I saw a bright red clot today, too. Thankfully the bleeding and cramping hasn't increased. I had my HCG levels done today and will have them taken again in 48 hours. They said it was too early to do an ultrasound on me. So, now it's a waiting game. This feels unreal. I almost feel numb which I don't like. I do remember spotting a little with my son at about 8 weeks but I don't remember it lasting this long, having cramps, and seeing a clot. Please wish me luck. Good luck and FX! Are you going back Thursday to check your hCG levels again to compare?

The waiting, hoping and praying times are the worst! Hopefully Thursdays numbers will be reassuring and you can get an ultrasound soon to confirm things are ok. How far along are you?

Thank you so much! Thursday can't come soon enough. I'm 5 weeks and 2 days. The nurse said they should be able to see things on an ultrasound in about a week.

Thank you all! I'm still waiting for the HCG levels from the second draw. We couldn't see the baby on the ultrasound but he/she is probably too little at this point. The cramping and spotting has stopped which is great!
