My son has been eaten alive by Mosquitos should I worry about these bites?

He has these bites on his legs which don't seem to bother him but they look awful! His personality is great and has no symptoms of any sickness. He's ten months old.

    I feel like i would call the dr just to see what they recommend you put on them. And i would just watch them to make sure they dont get more red or bigger. Poor thing :( not fun!
