Left vs right

I'm 9w2d and having a bit of cramping (mild, I'm not stressed) on my left side, low in my pelvis. It got me thinking that I've had these cramps and twinges in the same spot, infrequently, the whole time. Including 9-10 DPO when I am sure I felt implantation pain. Does this mean that it's likely that I was right and the embryo implanted on the left side of the uterus? I'm mostly just interested if this is something that other people have "known". Anyone else have only right or left side twinges and cramps?

    I should add I haven't had an ultrasound yet so obviously I have no idea if I'm right or not

    When I had cramps and discomfort on a certain side and had them check it was ovarian cysts.
    Hopefully it's nothing.

    I think I've had that too. This is more like just really specific twinges, and really very infrequently. I'm not really worried about the pain, I was just wondering if it was possibly connected to anything, especially after I had what I thought was implantation pain. Thanks for the replies!

    It's probably the corpus luteum cyst or growing pains.

    I had this at 5/6w and it freaked me out. Sometimes it was kind of sharp and it was almost always on the left, right around what I thought was my ovary. If it's any consolation, I had my first U/S 2 days ago and found out I have healthy non-ectopic twins growing inside of me. No cysts found either. Tech had to dig around a bit to find them, so I guess maybe they were off hanging out in a little nook of my uterus... since then (at 7w5d now, so not quite as far along as you), the cramping has distributed itself a little bit more but yeah, it's mostly on the left still.

    I have them on my right side and I wondered the same thing...my first appt is tomorrow at 8 weeks and I may not get an u/s but I want to see if I can somehow anyway
