Help acne!

Is anyone breaking out like a high schooler all over again? I usually don't have a lot of acne but ever since I got prenant I have a lot of pimples. What can I use that is safe and works? Help!

My dr approved proactive as long as it is I'm moderation .. So I'm going to use it every other day... Recommended is twice daily!

Yes and this is way different from my last pregnancy. But I was breaking out after stopping breast-feeding DS. Hopefully it stops soon.
