HOT FEET!!!

so my most annoying symptom is that my feet are hot all the time. Is anyone else experiencing this symptom and if so how are you dealing with it because I have yet to figure it out.

    Last pregnancy I had this from 5 months on! No real swelling, just hot feet! Every night while watching tv I'd put my feet in an ice cold water bath for an hour, adding ice as needed... no lie, it was cold. But I always went to bed totally cooled down. You can always wash your feet under cold water right before bed too! I'm dredging it coming back this time.

    I've been having this too! I've just been sticking an ice pack or two down at the foot of my bed and gently resting my feet on them. My feet are normally always frozen so this was a shocking feeling for me haha!

    Thanks ladies I'll have to try these...I wake every morning around 5am because my feet are to hot to continue sleeping. I'm thinking maybe the ice packs at the end of the bed might help cats probably won't like it but o well lol

    I have this too ;p try washing them with cold water and apply a mint or eucalyptus based lotion. I have been sleeping with my feet uncovered :D

    I keep my feet uncovered while I sleep and have a floor fan pointed right at them. So refreshing!

    I've read there's an old wives tale about hot feet meaning you're having a girl! Do any of you know what you're having? I don't believe in this stuff but it's still fun to play!

    I've been sleeping with my feet sticking out of the blankets which for me is absolutely nuts. I'm too scared that something will grab my feet in my sleep to ever do this normally.

    I went to the store and after being on my feet for 20 mins they were on fire! I had to put hand sanitizer on them in the car to try to cool them down, lol.

    I just bought Burts Bees Mama Bee leg and foot lotion online. It's supposed to help with soreness and circulation (my feet always hurt). It is supposed to arrive tomorrow but the reviews on Amazon all say it works well and the lotion has a cooling sensation. If anyone is interested I can give you an update when it arrives.
