  The nurses gave me a belly band after delivery. I would hold off until you deliver and see if you pick up one for free.

  I got a belly band after I gave birth too. I would wait and see how your body is, everyone's different

  I never got one with my DS at our hospital but I also had a CS so not sure if they don't want you to wear one after while your still healing or not, but I'm trying for a VBAC this time so will wait till after that way I'm not buying something in the wrong size or that I can't wear

  I used the elastic one and by elastic i mean the fabric thats tight but still stretches out a bit the week after and then after the 7 weeks checkup was when I started using the regular one when the swelling went down

  I started wearing mine around the second day it just depends on what you are up for.

  I had a csection too and they actually said that it can help with the incision and recovery. It helped with my back and posture and also Because you have to have a pillow or some compression by your stomach when you cough and sneeze and stuff it helps a lot for that
