I will preface this with I LOVE my son, more than imaginable, but today he is on my last of my last nerves!! He is not doing ANYTHING that I ask him to do, I am repeatedly having to put him in time out or threaten to take away toys, etc.. He is testing me with everything he has got and the worst part....I feel like he is winning!!!!!!!
I guess I'll go first! I'm so tired of people telling me I look tired/exhausted/drawn, um yeah people no sh!t I'm 8 months pregg!!!!!! I was FaceTiming with my girl friend from back home last night and she goes 'you look like you've been through labor you look exhausted!' Gee thanks that's exactly what every woman who's 32 weeks pregnant wants to hear. I also have one friend who literally every time I see her goes 'awe you look so tired' -_- it would be nice if just one person went 'WOW you look so nice today!' Guess I gotta learn to do my make-up better or something.
Yesterday when we went grocery shopping I was told I looked tired too. I was too. I'm so tired of hip pain and feeling like they'll dislocate at any time. Its so painful to sleep. Sick of pregnancy and want the next birth announcement to be mine. So tired of it all.
I'm sick of everyone asking if I'm having twins. No, bitch, take your skinny ass someplace else. I also hate pushy/annoying/scummy car salesmen. We told you we have already done all of our research and just need to 1) see if it fits the stroller and golf clubs. And 2) if that passes the test, we want to drive it to either keep it on the list or rule it out. Stop trying to tell me what we need and why it would work for us. Oh yeah, and don't tell me there's no better vehicle than a jeep when our previous Range Rover could eat that alive. K, bye. :-@
Pain. I'm over the lightning crotch. Love LO to death, but please please move so I can breathe and maybe sit without feeling like someone is jabbing my insides with a hot knife?
People wandering aimlessly through Wal-Mart, taking up the whole aisle. Drives me bonkers! I have stuff to get and I don't have time to be in there all day like you do, apparently! Drove me crazy before I got pregnant but it's even worse now... I'm so tired and it's hard to walk without waddling, don't get in my way! Oh and if you could quit staring at me that would be great too. It's called a 8 month baby bump. It's not an excuse to stare! Ok... rant over. Lol
@breezymeema7 this isn't calorie free but it is dairy free. I made it for LOs first birthday and the guests couldn't believe it was dairy free (which I only told them after they had all had some). Hope the picture is legible if you want to make it!
@breezymeema7 I had some Black Forrest cake this weekend! I just assumed since the bakery I bought it at didn't put any calorie content on the box that it was in fact calorie free - are you trying to tell me that is not the case?!?!
@kelseyrayay I am so glad you are back and baby is still hanging out in there! I know it is frustrating being told you can't do what you want to do and you feel like you have so much left to do, but trust me, you do NOT need to get it all done before baby. As a STM I can tell you that the ONLY thing I have done is wash the bassinet portion of our pack'n'play because it has to air dry which takes awhile and I figure if she comes early that would be a bitch to have to do. Other than that....nothing. Not ashamed or worried about it either!
You'll be so hyper (in a good way) once sweet Tanner is here you'll get it done. It just drives you insane taunting you when you're on bedrest, bored and staring at things you can't do but want to do!
@Miz_Liz I know my DH is a big help and will help me get anything done. But damn honestly I'm so glad I finally got food. They wouldn't let me eat anything for 2 days! And that post with the bagel talk killed me.
I was in the hospital over the weekend with tachycardia. It's been an ongoing problem in all of my pregnancies, but the NP I work with insisted I go in to get checked. After being cleared in L&D (baby looked great) they sent me to ER for medical eval. ER doc said bed rest until delivery unless cleared by OB. So I tell my boss and she says "so call your ob and have them clear you!".
So I go see my ob today who does not clear me and agrees with ER that resting and taking it easy is best for me and baby. So I call boss to let her know they aren't clearing me to come back to work and her only response is "well you'll have to move up your return date then"
Gee thanks. F-U. I hope you can't find anyone to cover my shifts for my entire leave!
@emmacake08 that sounds great. I'm going to try it out this week. Thank you for sharing And...if there is no nutritional informational on the box @Miz_Liz it's totally fine. Pretty much like eating air Oh, and I've been meaning to give you and @carleyec93 heck! I've looked at 3 different grocery stores and have yet to find skinny pop or whatever it is called the two of you were raving about.
I've had the WORST pelvic pain since last night. Every time I move my legs even an inch, it feels like I am being ripped in half. I can barely walk. So a third floor walk up apartment is literal hell today.
My 2 year old has decided not to listen to me today. My husband's been working late as he's a farmer and I expect it, just not in the mood to deal with it lately. We are redoing a house for we can move before the baby gets here (5 weeks togo) none of the workers want to show up. So frustrating I just want to cry.
My effing supervisor! He just came back from a 2 week vacation (which was glorious for me and my Co workers!) More annoying than ever!!!! Resting bitch face isn't working. He doesn't take social cues to go away. I may just have to break the news to him that NO ONE CARES ABOUT HIS VACATION!
I'm sick of everyone asking if I'm having twins. No, bitch
I literally said this exact same phrase this past weekend, only I ended it with "I'm just huge, kiss my ass"- side note: I told my husband this, not the actual woman that asked me if I was having twins, someday I will grow some stones and let 'em have it!
I feel like I'm dying. These episodes of tachycardia are kicking my ass--heart rate going up to the 130-140s, dizziness, contractions, feeling like I can't breath, weakness, feeling like I'm going to pass out...ugh. Half the time I'm not even doing anything when they come on. I hope these next 5 weeks go fast so I can be done feeling like this!
YUM. I think I'll just have a tub of whipped cream now! @breezymeema7
And yes, this lady was like 55- she had a 22 year old, a 13 year old, and a 2 year old on her hip, and was the most gangly person I had ever seen! Maybe it's time to call it quits and stop insulting people! She then proceeds to tell me I'm all baby... Okay, so now you're saying I'm skinny with a huge belly orrrrrrr?
DSD is walking into the store...I repeat just WALKING. Two seconds later she is trying to hide the fact that her gum is in her hair. Shes six, I dont love giving her gum to begin with but will on occasion. DH calls to let me know the situation. I have homework to finish up before class starts...there is no effing time for this.
On a side note. I had that group B test today and I dont know what happened, but I damn near kicked the doctor in the head getting back up. Guess she wasnt ready. We both cracked up...a little laughter to monday bitchfest!
@SassetteSmurfling I'm sorry your boss is so insensitive. I couldn't imagine working for someone like that. Does she have any kids? Just curious.
She is seriously the worst. I know I've complained about her on here before. She's the one who wanted me to come to work instead of going to the hospital after my car accident like a month ago, because someone else had already called out for that shift.
She does have kids. 4 of them (3 full grown adults who havnt spoken to her in years, and the youngest in high school).
It's a shame because I actually love my job, she's the ONLY bad part about it.
@jentatu keep an eye on your heart rate! I was running 130-140 until this past weekend when I spiked into the 160s. I'm now on bed rest because of it. It's a horrible horrible feeling when it gets that high. Have they done any tests to make sure there's nothing more going on?
My ex left me alone to do this all alone for the last 30 weeks. Today he calls, not to ask about me or the baby. But to see if I'm coaching soccer this year and if he can put his daughter on my team because he needs help getting her to and from practices and games because he is coaching his sons team. Haha! Are you freakin kidding me? Sure I'll do that for you and not think about the amount of hate I have for you right now.
Not to mention my doctors appointments are crazy. The last two I have had they forgot about me and left me waiting for an hour and a half and then today they didn't even have me in the computer. Good thing I had my appointment card with me or I wouldn't have been see. At this point im wondering if the doctor will even remember to show up for my c-section. And can I tell you how bad my cervix check was today? Ugh! I cramped for a good hour afterwards.
Nothing like trying to eat healthy to make you realize how crappy your diet was before. I'm trying so hard to avoid sugars and excess carbs (on doc's recommendation), but of course now I can't stop thinking about brownies or ice cream or sandwiches! If I see another vegetable I might cry, but I don't even know what to eat any more. Also, that cake picture is making me drool. It looks amazing and I don't normally even like cake lol.
Severe hate for my husband who told me I am lazy because I haven't done laundry or dishes in a month. Might I add, I just got off of bed rest, work full time and he stays home with our two other kids... I could punch him in the ball sack!!!

At kroger it's with the organic food. Not sure about Walmart or target. Good luck trying to find it.

I check it pretty regularly, I actually had this problem with my first pregnancy which eventually lead to bed rest. My doc says baby looks good and all my lab work has been normal so he just said to take it easy and let him know if it gets any worse. They had me on a beta blocker when I was pregnant with DD, but my BP is pretty low this time around so they don't want to risk giving meds and it causing more problems.

Yeah same here. I had it with my last pregnancy too. I've had every test under the sun and everything is "normal" except how tachy I get.

I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with this problem too, it definitely sucks! And I'm sorry your boss is being such a jerk!
My shower is in 11 days and I just found out tonight my parents still haven't sent the invitations!! And now they're avoiding me. Wtf!! I am so mad at them right now.
