My DH has been on the move to make me the happiest woman ever! I've been having frequent BH the last week and less baby movement the last couple days, so he gave me two prenatal massages today and made me a delicious cup of coffee after I had some quite time. Baby is up and moving just as she should. And I couldn't be more in love with this man!
What have your DH's or SO's done to help you relax this pregnancy?
Re: Best Husband Ever?!
He put together all the baby stuff without me having to even ask and is so calm and reassuring any time I get worried. I feel so lucky!
Going to Hawaii and not being able to have guava mimosas on the flight over or napua punch or Mai tais would be torture to me, but I would still take it over not going! Haha
I wouldn't have made it yesterday without his help!
He's also been working really hard to try to get all of our house renos done, and doesn't judge me when I'm being a lazy butt!!
Yesterday DH went to the grocery store and brought back stuff to make s'mores because he know I love them.
The other day he said that he needed to sit down for a min (he's been doing a lot of work on our house) and when I opened up our pack and play box, he ended up putting the whole thing together for me.
Friday I had started to do some deep cleaning and rearrange our bedroom to fit baby's bed in there, but I started cramping so badly that I spent the rest of the day on the couch. On Saturday he moved all of the furniture I wanted moved, vacuumed, and cleaned up the dogs bed.
My heart is full.
He got a new (used) 4wheeler a month or so ago and has been riding every weekend (and after work some days). My birthday is this Tuesday and my family always has us come to them to celebrate anything. I told them I simply wasn't up for the 2 hr drive one way to eat lunch, so they made a weekend of it--went to my sister's house yesterday and our house today. Husband pouted all day about not getting to go ride his toy another town over (this is the first time my parents have been to our house since we bought it a year ago). He even mentioned going to ride with friends after we ate lunch even though parents were still at the house. When I said no (I never tell him no--which is probably the problem), he decided to take off work tomorrow so he could go ride. I feel it is important to mention that he "can't" take off work a few hours on Tuesday (my birthday) to eat lunch and go to Dr appt with me since it is the beginning of the month and he works in sales.
