Anyone else fall victim to the July 4th food???

I'm fairly positive I ate something bad at the holiday picnic I attended yesterday. I should've been more careful, especially with all the emails this week about watching out for this sort of thing (i.e. Food being left out too long).

I've been in bed all day with horrible things coming out of me. Running a slight fever, which I've been monitoring. Little guy has been active, so he doesn't seem to be bothered. Focusing on staying hydrated!!

Anyone else experiencing my unfortunate fate?!?

    No but if it lasts more than 24 hrs let your doc know. I'm sure staying hydrated is the best thing you can do!!! Especially in the heat. Hope you feel better.

    No but I'd call my doctor tomorrow. I am always terrified of listeria.

    Yep, I got food poisoning last night too. I was up off and on alllllllll night. Terrible things. And, just to make other people smile, I threw up so hard I peed myself. :)

    Thanks! I definitely plan on calling if I'm not better. I read the dehydration is of most concern for the baby, so my DH has kept me drinking water, Gatorade, and just had soup broth. Being sick like this and 35 weeks is pure misery!!!

    Oh, I hope you feel better too @KristinaD217 ! I think I'm starting to finally feel a little better.. Fever down and not so nauseous.

    Husband and I both haven't felt great today either! No fever or vomiting, just feel like i needed to stay in bed all day, and not much of an appetite!! I did feel better after I showered but I had to force eating lunch and I'll have to do the same for dinner.

    Yes! I had that all day yesterday!!! I thought I was dying! Threw my back out from being so violently sick. :(

    Nothing food related, but I did wake up with a head cold. Ugh. -sneeze-

    Not sure where everyone is from but I had a terrible stomach virus a little over a week ago, and I know a few others who have been having problems even half way across the country. It's going around, get well soon and stay hydrated!!
