Im looking for a healthy way to diet without messing up my milk supply. I have searched the Internet looking for a way to loose weight over time and come up with nnothing.j ust wondering if anyone has something that is working for them.
I joined Weight Watchers they have a breastfeeding program. I've been slowly losing weight and have plenty of points for eating! I think I got 20 extra for BFing.
I ate paleo style before I got pregnant and I'm eating that way again now. I find that way, I don't have to watch my calorie intake but I know that what I am eating is healthy. I make everything myself, three meals and snacks as and when I need them, and I treat myself on a Sunday (today I had a giant chocolate flapjack and barbacoa tacos).
Edit: I was a UK 6/US0-2 when I fell pregnant. I am now a UK8-10/US4-6 and 3 months post partum.
