I've had this, too...I think it's mostly due to my ever-shrinking stomach space due to baby growing. Depending on where he is and what I'm eating, I get nauseous and puke almost immediately, and other times I'm fine.

Mine is back too! Also, the heartburn stopped for a brief two weeks or so and has now returned.
