TMI I miss my vajajay...

30 weeks FTM here and I can't see my vagina anymore. Every once in a while, I'll catch a glimpse in the mirror and I always say "WTF". Normally, I'm well waxed in the area and now...full on hairy bush. I haven't had this much hair in years! I've had a rough pregnancy, not feeling great, and the last thing I want to do is strip down and somehow get my fat booty on the hard table and feel pain in my nether regions. Should I just suck it up or say F it, and let the nurses shave me when it's time? I feel like a cave woman but really not motivated for the grooming process. #tmi #hairybush #eeewwww

  • I've continued to get waxed throughout the pregnancy and it really doesn't hurt. It will probably hurt a little bit more because of so much growth but I definitely recommend waxing. I love it, I haven't shaved in years.

  • The nurses don't usually shave you in labour- the baby comes out just fine thru the hair.
  • Maybe a bikini wax would help?
  • I refuse to have any hair anywhere haha if there is a will there is a way. I still shave although blindly shave now. You just gotta get creative yourself and if not go get it paid to get done if no one is willing to help you out or you don't have anyone to do that.
  • I actually started waxing during pregnancy when it got to the point I couldn't see to shave anymore. I love it. Never going back to shaving.

  • The hubby totally did a trim job for me a week ago. The amount of hair I had grown was obnoxious for both of us, lol.
  • I was just talking to my husband about this. I caught a glimpse in the mirror and couldn't believe the 70s bush staring me down. I have never waxed before, I think my husband might have to help with some grooming or get creative with mirrors. I can't handle it.
  • I shave myself in the shower. I'll be on vacation next week and will need my husband to double check my work so I'm not flashing any beaver to the family.
  • I say f it!
I try to shave but I keep finding patches I miss. Oh well. My man doesn't seem to complain, men are probably smart enough to know we have enough on are plates that keeping the lady bits super shaven isn't a priority, especially since we can't even see them!
  • This is baby #3 and for all of the kiddos this far I only shave for dr appts (even if there isn't a check involved) so it gets done at least 1 time a month and I have found squatting and shaving helps me reach around the bump..and I use a soap not foam and just hope for the best! You, your dr and nurses all won't care during delivery of there is a patch here or there :P
