37 weeks question

I woke up today to aching jahands and feet. You can say they are a bit swollen. I could walk around and use my hands but it hurts and they feel pretty stiff. Other than that I feel fine just a bit tired. My blood pressure is ok. Do you think this is something I should go to l&d for?
