My back and hip pain started at 3am this morning. I'm 6 weeks and 3 days. Now it's so achey if I sit or especially lie down for too long. Exercise helps! Guess it's all your ligaments and bones starting to adjust...
I'm just over 4 weeks and same thing.. Sit too long or lay down to long and it hurts. The more I move the better. I'm glad right now that I have a job that requires me to stand all day and keep moving... I'm sure I'll change my mind about that eventually
My low back and hips ache too. Hard to stay comfortable in my chair at work. No stretching helps (at least that I've found) since it's the ligaments adjusting and it's not muscular. It's normal. I had this last time I was pregnant too. Because of this, I sometimes walk with the pregnant waddle and it's way too early for that!
Has anyone else had issues with this? Any tips for easing the pain at work? I sit at a desk all day and my lower back pain is unbearable by the end of the day.

I was actually going to ask a similar question as I am suffering from headaches by the end of the week due to poor posture at my desk (I must be straining my neck somehow). That and the tailbone hurts after a few hours of sitting.
I've been recommended to get a fitness ball to sit on but wonder if anyone else tried?
I don't think I would be mature enough not to bounce on it all day...
At the old law firm I used to work for, they used those excercise ball chairs. Fun to bounce on, and great for your posture. I think they would be great for pregnant bodies. I know my tailbone hurts after a few hours of sitting
