Officially "showing" 2 strangers

its official I look pregnant enough at 9 weeks with baby number 2 for strangers to comment on my cute baby bump!

I was at the grocery store doing self check out and the monitor lady was like awe cute little baby bump! I just sort of looked around like is there someone here more pregnant than me that she must be talking to? Nope. She meant me. I kind of laughed and made a comment about showing earlier with my second. I'm going to be huge yall!

Any one else have comments yet?

This happened to me on BART after a full day of eating. A woman asked if I wanted to sit and did I know the sex yet... She specifically said I was 'too thin to have a bump'--so she felt ballsy enough to comment. But it's been two weeks since and my bump was gone yet again this morning, as it is every morning. I took my 8-week 'bump pic' this morning and it was smaller than the 6-week photo I took in the afternoon... And I haven't lost weight. From now on, I'm taking weekly bump pics before breakfast.

Right!? I am so big by the end of the day. Although I did try sucking in and I can't get as flat as I could a couple weeks ago so it's got to be a little bit baby!

Definitely a little bit baby :x and a little bit uterus, which is baby's home! I liked that the nurse at my OB prefaced my weight-check this week with, "let's see how the little bean is growing." Made me feel much better about my bloat.

Lol I just posted about this! I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe how "round" I am looking! Everyone says second time around you show faster! Currently 7 weeks, won't be able to hide it very long!

Nope, throw some muscle memory on top of that bloat and that 2nd baby is already making itself known! It's crazy, and I got HUGE compared to my 1st. They are 18months apart. My youngest just turned 2 so they'll be over 2 1/2 years apart, I'm curious how my body responds this time. Then again... baby #1 was under 7lbs and baby #2 was 10 1/2 sooooo maybe that's why I was so much bigger.

Sheesh these people are brave (or crazy)! I never comment unless a woman looks like she's about to pop! I've seen my share of awkward "congratulations!"/"congratulations for what?!" exchanges lol.

No one has commented for me yet. My bloat-bump is slightly noticeable after a meal though.

I'm the same I feel like my bloat bump is huge and we don't want to tell anyone just yet, not sure how much longer I can keep it to ourselves though

I wasn't doing a good job of concealing. I had on a cami. Pretty form fitting! I feel fat in baggy clothes now!

People are ballsy! That happened to me a few days ago. I was at the bank and I asked where the bathroom was. The lady took me to the employee one because it was closer because she says, "I remember when I was pregnant. Always need to know where the bathroom is." I was do surprised I just went with it lol. I think this time around my body is like, oh this again? Eff it lol. I honestly didn't think it was that noticeable, though

Haha I didn't either. I mean I literally scanned the area And no one was pregnant. I asked her are you talking to me!? I was in shock. At least you got to use the bathroom. Being pregnant might be the only reason she let you use the employees bathroom!

It is true lol. I was like, well I guess ill take it lol. I'm always shocked when people make guesses like that. You'd think it was common courtesy to not say anything until it was super obvious...or just not say anything lol

No comments yet from strangers, but I've gotten the look over. Definitely showing sooner this time, bloat or not. I took a 13 week pic last time and was barely showing.

I would never comment to a stranger like that, even if she looked like she could pop tomorrow. It's so rude. You never know when someone is just heavy, or just had the baby and hasn't lost the weight, or any number of situations. I've seen this conversation go wrong so many times. Not ok.

Bah! I was wearing a super-loose tank. I'm dressing in loose clothing all the time now, but to no avail. So yeah... Looks like I'm a goner in the secret-keeping game. Maybe I should cut back on fibrous foods; I am awfully gassy...

I have had a couple. Mostly from family though. This is #4 and I am a little nervous.... Maybe I shouldn't be. I can't wait for the REAL BUMP!!!!!

I walked in to our family get together yesterday and my little sister who is 7 ran up to me, pointed to my stomach and said "whoa, you're pregnant!!" I was feeling particularly huge yesterday and even people I didn't expect to ask or comment said something about it.

It's my first and I already have a bump a little over 9 weeks pregnant. I hate when people ask me how far along I am because I feel like they're judging my belly when I tell them I'm still in the first trimester. I get asked if I know the gender yet too. I love being pregnant but I'll be excited when I'm a little further along so I won't feel so self concious about showing.

I'm 10 weeks tuesday - strangers can't tell but now that I've been telling my friends as I see them, a couple say they see I'm getting a little bump. I wish normal people can tell because a. I don't want them to think I'm just fat and b. I want them to offer me a seat lol
