had to change shifts at my job..pissed! Rant

Little background: I'm 33 and my EX is 61..I thought I found a gentleman that would love me to the moon and back. But during our brief but intense 4 month relationship, he was emotionally abusive and controlling. Its amazing how he really is compared to the mask that he wears for everyone else!! I did not find out I was pregnant until I ended the relationship, but it was too late...I'm now stuck with a narcissist...and yes the therapist agreed that he is!!

So, he keeps threatening to take our newborn son out of state whenever he has him (for example: He will say "You never know..when I have the baby we might just pop up in LA)...How to you take a newborn, breastfed baby out of state away from his mother? I don't feel that I can rely on him for watching our son while I work overnight because I don't trust him. I have been on nights for almost 12 years at my job and had no plans on transferring, but now I have to switch to daywatch, so I can put the baby in daycare in day time hours once my maternity leave is up...thank God, I trusted my instinct and had already started researching daycare just in case..otherwise I might be in a bind! I found an affordable daycare that opens at 5:30 am, so I'm thankful that it will work with my new work schedule. Hes such an a**hat!!! Anything to be be spiteful, hurtful, and get my anxiety up...the mind games narcs play!!
