New, Old Bumpie

Hey guys, this is my intro. I made a new account because I can't for the life of me figure out how to change my seriously outdated siggy on my old one. I was previously clizh, I've been around since 2010 but pretty much bounced during the format change because I HATE it. (And I might still be bitter over losing my platinum metal) I'm a bit snarky and blunt, a mouth like a sailor on a bad day and I like to feed the trolls. I know TB is all puppies and rainbow farts now so I'll watch myself.... but you've been warned. ;) I am however very nice, and oh, I like to write novels... sorry :/ read on for a cookie!

Anywhoo, my tenative edd is 2/19. First apt 7/15. This will be number 3 and we are team green. DD, M is 3 1/2 and DS, S just turned 2. My husband and I were married on New Years Day 2013 and have been together for 6 years.

I'm a babywearing fanatic, and have just about tried it all. We still wear daily, even my big girl. I'm also a big BF advocate. I had a crap experience BFing my daughter but made it through the toe curling pain, and lots of formula use the first 2 months, 4 different consultants, I gave up and then started back up after our first full day of formula, got my supply back and successfully BFed for 14months. I was terrified to even attempt to BF my son after that but it was a breeze for 16months. I have had both a medicated and unmedicated vaginal birth. So all of that hoopla, I have a lot to offer as far as insight, experience and advice with those avenues along with the general ins and outs of already having 2 kids.

This babe will be team green and is nicknamed lil fox because s/he will be my fox themed baby. (I LOVE foxes) This one was a total surprise. Ironically, we were going to start TTC the following cycle (end of June) and have been TTA for 6 months now. I must have Oed early or who knows, magical unicorn baby but I was NOT expecting that 2nd pink line on my monthly pee stick. Hahaha Oh well, here's to Feb babies!

    Welcome! I'm a STM who is also a huge BWer and BFer. I don't BW now because DS is 6 but I did wear him up to 3. I can't wait to break out my carriers/wraps/slings!

    Question for you, what do you mean "your monthly pee stick"?

    Ha I like to pee on alllll the things Quazel, I was taking at least one EPT a month, for the hell of it, on top of my OPKs.

    And yes! I just FINALLY settled on my stash (I was a serial churner on the swaps) that will last from now until a while after #3 comes. I am so excited to have another squish to snuggle in them!

    Welcome and congrats! Neither baby wearing or breastfeeding worked out for me with ds despite my enthusiasm. Hoping this time around it works out.

    Yay; welcome back and congrats! I love to read novels by snarky, blunt Sailor-mouthed people. I'm a first-time mom-to-be already thirsty to hear from baby-wearing pros. And my mom is an awesome lactation consultant, so there's that... Looking forward to sharing TB community experience with you!

    Welcome! Bf'er and Tula lover here too! Stm and in excited about snark! My last bmb was wayyyyyyyyy snarky and we had ooohhhhh so much drama!

    I haven't Told any of them I'm ku yet so I'm waiting to say, but I made a new user name to stay more anonymous until I hear that hb.

    I hear you about super dramatic BMBs, mine first was like dangggg. My second definitely had its moments but in the end about 40 of us really connected and have been fantastic friends for around 2 years now, with several meetups! But man oh man we would stalk the month behind us and it was hella entertaining.

    Welcome!! Love some sassy snark! It keeps these boards interesting. STM here. BF my first and will do the same for my second will potentially BW, I wonder about a good ring sling?? I failed with the confusing wraps miserably. DS spent a lot of time in his bjorn. Anywho, WELCOME!

    Hello. I am a second time mom. I pumped for a but with my daughter. Hoping to bf this one a little more then the last one. My daughter loved being carried in the bjorn but she just for to have for me.

    Yay! We love to babywear (We have been through the Moby Wrap, Ergo Performance and now Sakurra Bloom) and a huge BF and extended carseat safety advocate here.
    :D We are number 3 for us as well (DH has 2 sons before me so technically #5) We had been trying since the littlest was born 20 months ago. We had just decided to stop trying, I felt like I was in over my head and BAM. EDD 2/17. Things are fixing to get real and crazy. Anyways... glad your here.
