Testing Plans: this morning BFN, will keep testing until AF or BFP...

S/R/R/CS: well, AF should've arrived this morning and nothing yet (almost always arrives by the time I wake up) and my temp spiked .5 degrees instead of dropping...? Gas/bloating, heartburn, sense of smell and backache yesterday was almost unbearable!
Mini-rant: if AF does end up showing up, that's ok. Will be a little disappointing but we've only been ttc officially for 1 month. What's grinding my gears is that last night, one of DH's friends called him to say that he and his GF are having a baby. An unplanned "oops." NBD. But, this is the 3rd of his friends to have an "oops" in the last 2 weeks! All these people around me are accidently getting pregnant, and we're actually trying! :-L

GTKY: 4th of July plans/family traditions and what are they? The 4th is my Mom's birthday. Growing up we would always have the stereotypical BBQ with my aunts and uncles and cousins and/or beach day (my mom would be happy as a clam if she could spend every day on the beach from sunrise to sunset. I've told her that her official "life motto" is that Zac Brown Band/Jimmy Buffet song "Knee Deep").
This year is her 65th bday so DH and I are throwing a surprise party for her, and DH's parents and siblings and their families are also going to be coming as well!

Testing Plans: I brought one test with me on my trip, took it this morning, BFN. I won't test again until the 6th when I'm home, unless AF shows up first. Trying to remain hopeful that I'm not out of it yet.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: Boobs still feel like they're going to fall off but no regular AF symptoms yet and my temp hasn't dropped. (Chart in signature)

GTKY: Do you have any weekend 4th of July plans? What are they? Any neat family traditions? I'm visiting family in NY state right now. Typically DH and I go to fireworks and BBQ with friends, but it's rare my whole family gets together so I jumped on the opportunity.

Just hanging with the family. Possible seeing fireworks tomorrow night.

My temp dipped today

FX it spikes in a day or two to show signs of implantation. I'm hoping the dip doesn't mean anything but I literally have NO symptoms either. Except for breaking out, which could be because we've spent a lot of time outside lately and I've been using sunscreen on my face. Or it could mean AF is on its way. I'll attach my chart for stalkers. If I don't get BFP this cycle and we end up getting one next cycle, it'll put my EDD right at the week of our friends wedding... Which I'm in. So that should be interesting.

Just going to the inlaws for BBQ and some pool action. My LO is not a firework fan, so we will probably just use sparklers. But I did make him and I 4th of July shirts! I attached some pics. Crafts keep me busy.

Testing Plans: I really want to wait, but we have a big friends get together next Tuesday (9dpo) and I'm sure there will be drinking. So probably 9dpo and if bfn I'm going to wait until temp drops or spikes.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: no symptoms, but my nips are a little sore but that's probably just from all the recent sore nipple talk on here lately!

Usually we're at my family lake home but this year is a bit different. I think we'll probably just end up staying at home.

Rant: I had a total meltdown over BFN this morning. I've been telling myself all month that it was totally ok if I wasn't this morning because I'm in a wedding in March, but the emotions hit me like a ton of bricks.
Question: how do you deal with BFN disappointment?? It's a struggle today!

Going to a big fireworks show tonight and BBQ and pool time with friends tomorrow. No real traditions but we usually spend it with friends and booze

@dixie7701, I'm sorry about the BFN. I wish I had some sound advice to give you, but I don't. Luckily, it sounds like you might have some time with friends this weekend. Hopefully that will help distract you a bit, if nothing else.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: getting to know my CM has proven to be confusing. My tests and bbt thermo arrived yesterday so I started temping today. I got advice yesterday not to try. That it'll just happen. Ugh. People. As for symptoms, so far today I feel pretty good. No AF symptoms. Nothing. b

Rant: got on fb this morning to see a strange announcement from my cousin that she is accidentally pg again. Was a rather strange post about how she felt like she should let people know even though she didn't want to "because of the circumstances" which I take to mean she doesn't have a bf/dh, she lives with her father still, and she already has a 10 year old she can't afford to care for. Oops, indeed. I am fully judging and fully jealous.

Heading to the wilderness of Vermont tomorrow for FIL's annual cookout. Complete with finale of sketchy illegal fireworks where I hide behind the barn...

Testing Plans: BFN this AM. I'm officially late, which I've never been before. I've also never POAS before. I don't have any cheapies so unless I can make it to Costco this weekend, I'll hold off on testing until Monday.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: Expecting AF today but temp seems to be heading back up after a drop at 8 and 9 DPO. Lots of spotting but none of my normal PMS symptoms.

GTKY: Do you have any weekend 4th of July plans? What are they? Any neat family traditions?

I'm Canadian so July 4th is just a Saturday to me. I'm going to yoga in the morning, hitting up the farmer's market, then cleaning and hanging out with the kitties watching Netflix while DH works. I'm going to make ice cream this weekend if I can find the freezer space for my ice cream maker.

GTKY: H & I are going down to my mom's later. She's having a cookout and invited us, my brother & his fiance, and her husband's kids & grandkids. Hoping there's no awkward conversations about our super small wedding a few weeks ago that none of the step-siblings on that side were invited to. She lives 2 hours away and its at 5pm, soooo we either have to take the dog & stay the night at my dad's (because the dog is not welcome at mom's), drive home late and not get back until 11-midnight or later, or drive down and stay at this party for less time than we're spending in the car. Yaaaaay /sarcasm.

@MamaBish this is the exact reason I deleted the app off my phone. It seemed like every time I opened it the first post fb wanted me to see was a pregnancy announcement. I still go on from a computer about 1x a week just to check another page I manage, but I've been so much happier without it!!

Testing Plans: BFN this morning, but not surprised. Testing ED until AF.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: Had a temp dip below the cover line yesterday but it went back up today! Would be awesome if that was an implantation dip! Other than that, no symptoms at all, not even sore nips or cramps like I'm used to.

GTKY: Do you have any weekend 4th of July plans? What are they? Any neat family traditions? Going to a neighborhood cook out like last year. They are one block from the city fireworks so we just walk to the show right before it starts and only takes about 10 min to walk home.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: No symptoms this AM, yesterday I had a sore throat & I'm not letting my self get a cold! As for rant/rave, we've been TTC for 10* months in a row but before that, in 2013 & in 2012 we tried, but I'm hoping that we're now on the right track, so I don't want to dwell on the past. Not dwelling over here.

GTKY: Sounds like we might be hosting a BBQ for our immediate family, same as last year. I love the 4th.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: major drop 5 dpo and today I spiked back up to my high temp. FX it stays high or higher for the triphasic
