Is anyone else experiencing pelvic bone pain? I'm only 15 weeks!

I'm only 15 weeks but it feels like I'm 8 months! I never had it with my first baby until I got super big and was a few weeks away! Any solutions or ways to minimize the pain!? Or do I just have to get over it? Lol

  • You do not have to get over it! Not all pregnancies are created equal, and it's likely that your pelvic ligaments and joints are just loosening up earlier this time. I recommend light hip strengthening and a good SI belt (mine is a Serola). Find a local Physical Therapist to help you out with exercises that are appropriate for pregnancy!

  • I've had major pelvic pain for the last month!!! I collapse when I sneeze and I can't sleep or sit on my tailbone. It's great. At first using an ice pack directly where it hurts helped but now nothing does... Stretching feels useless and I just have come to get used to the awkward way I walk now and the way I feel. A few months ago I was 23 years old. Now I'm 55.
  • A heat pad helped me last night. My Dr said get a referral to a physical therapist, the pain is getting really unbearable.
  • Omg being going thrue this to am 15w 5dys and i been like this for about 4weeks but lately its worst nothing really helps :-<
  • I got this in my 1st trimester with my daughter. I never found anything that helped and it was awful! But I've been going to a chiropractor this pregnancy and she said getting these regular adjustments will help it not to happen with this pregnancy. It might be worth calling a prenatal chiropractor and see if adjustments could help once it's already begun.

omg I have those pains since I found out I was pregnant and the only thing that helps me is to walk at least 20 mnts daily ;)
  • I feel like my pubic bone is bruised! Especially The day after I run or ride my horses. I remember this pain happening later when my belly got bigger but I don't really have a belly now, the belts do help
  • This is what I'm chalking mine up too. I feel like I've been kicked there a million times with a steel toe boot.
  • Yes me :( had physio yesterday she gave me an excercise to strengthen the muscles around the pelvis to try and hold it all better I'll
Try explain best I can... She said to tense as tho U are pulling your pubic bone up towards your belly button at the same time tense your pelvic floor muscle good way to do both at the same time and hold for 10 seconds she basically said that she can't make my pain go away but she can help me to try manage it so it doesn't get worse for the remander of this pregnancy hope that helps give it a go she said to do the stretch as well when I am doing things that make the pain worse like rolling over in bed or standing on one leg to get dressed etc
  • I'm 17 weeks today and had pelvic pain so bad last night, felt like I had lost my virginity all over again. Hurt so much but I went home and drank like 4 bottles of water and laid with the heating pad on medium and felt a bit better
  • I have been going to a chiropractor specializing in pregnancy. I feel so much better. I was having trouble sitting at work because of the pain.
  • Yes I have had it recently. My vagina bone where I sit hurts. I had to ride in the car last night for 4 hours and after my entire section of lady part fell asleep I started having bone pain Ugh
  • Im on my fourth child, never had it either and now EVERY BONE IS HURTING
