Hey ladies anyone else want to participate in some relatively easy 30 day exercise challenges?
I know it's the 2nd, but you can either do yesterday and today it just today.
I figure I might as well try to tone up while I wait to get pregnant. If it's not my month hopefully I'll have a body with less jiggles!
I just finished day 1 and I'm going to do day 2 later.
I know it's a holiday weekend, but you can join in whenever or come back if you "fall off the wagon". We can start a daily healthy choices thread like we do for WTO and TWW and keep track of eating exercise if there's enough interest.
