Twins?

I had this done a few days ago due to severe bleeding. I was six weeks five days. The tech stopped forever and I of course panicked.... they "think" there is two babies but said I would need another ultrasound in a few weeks when they are big enough to see. Help any thoughts? I sent this photo to my ultrasound tech lady since this was done at the ER, she said she thinks its twins. Help?!

    Um, I don't see a picture? By 6 weeks 5 days my twins were obvious and had heartbeats. Maybe you don't know when you ovulated though?

    Nonetheless, if the ultrasound tech and doctor don't know for sure, it sounds like you're going to have to wait for your follow up u/s!
