im 38 weeks and have been researching and decided to take a shot of balsamic vinegar tonight after reading a few successful stories. I'm not so sure about Castor oil just yet. But I've been having steady contractions for a couple weeks now.
Have any of you tried anything so far?
Re: Anyone Tried inducing at home yet?
My chiropractor and my doula suggested inserting three Evening Primrose Oil capsules as close to the cervix as possible nightly beginning at 36 weeks to help efface the cervix. The effects are similar to the prostaglandins in semen. Just be sure to sleep with a pad to catch the drainage.

Went the same way last pregnancy. Tried everything with no progress, then 5 days late my water spontaneously broke.
Dave yourself the stress, just relax in these last weeks. Baby will come when baby is ready
So I have a week to get this party started. I did try most of the methods mentioned here, but I was wondering if anyone tried taking Fenugreek? It's indicated to increase milk supply when breast feeding but I heard that it also causes contractions (hence not recommended in early pregnancy). Any thoughts on that?
