  Stay out of the sun, that will make it worse.  I think there is a cream they can give you to help for now, but it generally goes away after pregnancy.

  It popped up on my chin several weeks back and because it felt a little more dry than the rest of my face I started putting Clinique moisture surge on it. It definitely helped! Good luck!

  I started getting it a few weeks ago. As pp said, stay out of the sun and always wear sunscreen and a hat if you can. I would recommend using a product that is exfoliating without retinol for the remainder of your pregnancy to lift it... In my experience, it doesn't go away. Treating it first sign will help. Good luck!

  Make sure you wear a high factor sunscreen, even if it's cloudy. La Roche-Posay makes a very good spf 60 for the face.

  Thanks so much! From more research, I have found vitamin C helps, along with a good scrub for the face, high moisturizing mask, sunscreen, and staying out of the sun. (Not easy in Florida). I am going to call the derm and go in hopefully next week. So I will post exactly what they tell me. This way if anyone else has this issue, they can hopefully get help for it from the post. Thanks again everyone for your help.
