Hey ladies anyone else want to participate in some relatively easy 30 day exercise challenges?
I know it's the 2nd, but you can either do yesterday and today it just today.
I figure I might as well try to tone up while I wait to get pregnant. If it's not my month hopefully I'll have a body with less jiggles!
I just finished day 1 and I'm going to do day 2 later.
I know it's a holiday weekend, but you can join in whenever or come back if you "fall off the wagon". We can start a daily healthy choices thread like we do for WTO and TWW and keep track of eating exercise if there's enough interest. Thoughts??

Yes! Love it! I've been jogging 5Ks three times a week for a month but I need to do something for toning up also so this is perfect! I just went ahead and did days 1 and 2
:-t Oh wait, push ups? Screw that s**t. At the end its 40 push ups? Is that even possible? )
ETA:I'm mostly joking, although push ups aren't my friend even the knee kind. But I think this is a great idea!

^^This!! This was my way of dealing with my BFN last month and hopefully this way of thinking will continue to help me each month until I get a BFP. Love it!

FYI- I do cheat push ups on my knees until I'm strong enough to do regular ones!
