Shortness of breath

I have been being short of breath the past few days and it is starting to worry me. My heart hasn't been racing or anything but walking from the parking lot to a store I get winded. I ran triathlons up until I found out I was pregnant so being so short of breath is really unusual for me. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I be concerned?!?

I have it too, I read that it's normal as you need more oxygen for the baby...

I've had shortness of breath too, usually when I do something like run up the stairs too fast. I think it has to do with increasing blood supply and blood pressure changes.

This is my first sign of pregnancy. I get out of breath like crazy in first tri. It's really annoying. It's just your body adjusting to the new blood volume/oxygen demands.

Omg, I thought it was just me and getting over the end of this stupid cold. Ladies you made me feel better, I know it's nothing big, but now I feel better about getting out of breather just carrying the laundry up the stairs. My last pregnancy was 7 yrs ago so I didn't remember this.
