2 month is sleeping all the time now?! Anyone else?!

I feel like my life is one big, "Is this normal?"  We have our 2 month visit today and I'm trying to figure out how to order my questions in terms of importance so that I can get to the most important stuff.

DD is just all over the place with her behavior. I honestly don't know what to think.  Lately she is sleeping ALL the time-way more than the 16ish hours I've read is normal.  Something I read online scared me about an Autism link.  When I try to put DD down on the mat she screams until I pick her up and then she sleeps immediately.  If I put her in the swing she sleeps.  The only time she's awake is to feed, get a diaper, or to fuss a bit.  She does smile when we have her on her changing pad, so I think that's probably good, but honestly, I just don't know if this is normal since all of the baby books seem to talk about increasing wakefulness.

    All babies are different. Try not to worry to much as Google can be your worst enemy sometimes.

    This is happening to us too! She's usually awake more except now she loves to sleep and will only cycle from feed change to sleep like our night time routine but ALL DAY. I don't have any info or advice but you aren't alone!

    Omg agree with the "is this normal?" My 6 week old was cluster feeding like crazy the last two days. Last night he slept for 7 hours, was awake for 2 hours and literally has slept all day except to feed... Even then he's sleeping while eating. I chalk it up to a growth spurt and enjoyed the extra time to get things done! Google research became my worst enemy. Trust your gut and your doctor!

    Yep, constantly wondering what is normal.

    As for your sleepy baby, mine switches from being awake for hours to sleeping off and on all day. Sunday he was awake from 430 to 10 with maybe one 20 minute nap. This week it's like he takes one big long nap for 4 hours. Then these last two days he's so fussy when awake and has been so hard to out down at night.

    It's all exhausting, isn't it?
