I'm with you! I've made the switch to nursing bras too! The bad part is, it's so hot in NC that I'm still wearing little sundresses and stuff so have to wear a strapless bra!! Yesterday I went bra-less with my dress all afternoon, I didn't even care! I also bought some at zulilly and I'm definitely a DD not a D now :-??

Yes I bought some off zulily too. I'm always a DD maybe DDD so I like underwire but I'm just over it!
Bras definitely had to be invented by men lol... Women invented the sports bra probably because we needed something comfortable. At this point though I hate sports bras and nursing bras too. And my boobs are only a C right now.
Yeah, I was pretty sure this one said No underwire and it definitely has underwire, but oh well! I guess I can't complain about $8!
same, I have a love hate relationship with zulily. I love that I bought 4 nursing bras last month for barely anything but I hate that I only like 2 out of the 4. I think it's still worth it in the long run though. Once you find a brand you like from there it's pretty safe to say they will always fit the same.
Ugh, it makes me so mad...nursing bras with wires...def not from a woman! They still hurt me! And I found a really comfortable sports bra with decent support and thought it would be great for after birth too...not a nursing bra. Not sure if it would be too hard to use or not.

I've thought the same thing. This one has NO support so I think a sports bra would be better. I think we could get our boobs out of a sports bra pretty easily. Idk tho. This is my first rodeo.
I'm still in regular bras, nursing bra shopping is on the list this weekend. I even wear a wireless sports bra like one to bed bc my boobs are so heavy and uncomfortable, and I am trying to avoid sagging when they shrink again as much as possible, so support 24/7 for me lol. I'm a 32DD or DDD/E but can wear 34D/DD sometimes (32C when not preg) , and zulily has not had anything in my size sooo... heading to target for some luck this weekend.
Well for what it's worth, I got a couple sleeping nursing bras for at home...not bad. Came in a 2 pack at target. My favorite for daytime in public is this hanes sports bra with hooks in the back. I also bought a couple packs of the bra extenders which made my underwire bras tolerable. Really thinking target is the best for everyday at home bras. And then maybe a couple nice nursing bras, with extenders until I figure out my size
I used to sleep in my bra...now, I can only wear mine when I go out. I'm tired of buying bras that only fit for like a month. Although, I'm grateful that my ribs have spread enough so I can go to Lane Bryant and get slightly less expensive bras now!
I bought four nursing bras from Motherhood a couple months ago. One I never wear because it's too stiff and uncomfortable. Two of them are "tshirt" bras or whatever you call them and I love them. They've got a stretchy band on the bottom. And one sleeper bra which Id never had before but I kinda like it. I also bought a couple of bras from Walmart that I used to like wearing at work (factory work), I don't know what they're called but they're similar to the tshirt bras but spaghetti strapped. They're cheap and just simple but they're nice under a tank or around the house.
Also, I used to go braless a lot at home but thanks to leaky boobs now, I have to wear them. Gah.
My boobs feel huge, but I'm still doing fine in soft "leisure" sports bras. I wear them to bed too bc my boobs feel heavy and too much friction on the blankets and whatnot makes them irritated, lol.
Gah. Ive never thoroughly loved how my boobs look out of a bra ... They could be perkier. But I don't give a crap! I'm bra-less when home now. I've converted to nursing bras when I go out... I went went from a 34B to a 38D. Yay big boobs and weight gain.. :-<
Sorry ladies but wow am I glad I've always been flat chested, I was a 32A before now I'm at a 34B and I have no complaints, I only wear bras when I leave the house because they do hurt my back
Bras are even worse with the heat! I bought maternity bras that I'm wearing now that I don't mind. But my size hasn't changed at all- still a 32c. Once your milk comes in that completely changes things but I recall loving the sleeping bras from motherhood maternity last time. Lived in those until I went back to work!
I told my husband today that I hated bras, underwear, clothes, everything... he interrupted me and said, "Does that mean you hate me?" I told him not right now but I'd let him know poor guy.

Haha! When I said this to my husband, he said just not to wear anything anymore, that'd be fine with him.

I've seriously thought about just walking around naked. Might do it tomorrow. Ha!
This is totally me, but with anything that has to go on the bottom half of me. I hate pants and shorts because A) it is so freaking hot to wear the maternity ones because I don't like the under belly bands (they make me crampy), none of my exercise/lounge shorts fit anymore because my belly is so huge, and C) since it's summer, I want to wear shorts but I have the dreaded thigh rub and preventing chafing is much harder now since my skin is so sensitive. I would just rock skirts all the time, but I have to wear something underneath (usually shorts) to prevent chafing. Nevermind the fact that NONE of my underwear fits right, not even the special maternity ones! I can totally walk around pants-less, right?! :P

Omg! I hate panties too. They roll and I get so irritated. I haven't even tried maternity ones because I figured they do the same. I wear the roll down maternity pants. But the yoga ones roll too far and end up done with my underwear.
I feel the pain, im a 40DDD and i cannot find ANY nursing bras in my size that dont cost an arm and a leg! So, unless the pope is stopping by my house then its no bra for me! I feel like a have an iron fortress attached to my chest & i refuse to spend $60 on ONE maternity bra.
I hate bras, but I can't just wear nothing. My husband bought me some bralettes from Victoria Secret that don't have padding or underwire and are super comfortable.
