What's up ladies!!!!

I got my 38 week check up appointment today ! Excited, I hope my water just break on the hospital bed lol... Anyways, pretty much just a chill day for me ...(unless I go into labor)

How is your day looking today?

    We are meeting a pediatrician today, then getting my 37 week check up. 
    All of my family is coming in town for the 4th, so its going to be a crazy busy weekend but i'll love it!

    Tired, spent 3 hours last night in l&d triage didn't get out till after 11, feel bad hubby had to be up at 4. We went in because I was having contractions 2-3 minutes apart for over an hour. Unfortunately once we got to the hospital they had started to fizzle out and I just wasn't making progress with the ones I was having. At least I'm to 3cm, 80%, & -2.

    I kept having dreams that I was in labor last night. I woke up and wasnt in labor!

    Waiting at the doctors for a cervix check...one day away from 39 weeks. I slept from 7-7... Still exhausted...have to go grocery shopping and bday shopping for my stepson... And have to make beef bombs for his bday. Thank god we did his party in the middle of June!

    I had a dream about breastfeeding being really hard. Great to wake up feeling like I won't be able to feed my baby! I think all my anxiety waiting for this little one to be born is coming out in my dreams. It's been hard enough getting sleep without them! Otherwise I have no plans for today other than a Greys Anatonomy binge on Netflix. And I'm really wanting some chocolate milk.

    37 weeks today!!

    Dropped my car off at the shop to get the blower fixed. Hoping it doesn't cost too much since I'm not working for the summer.

    Gave my disability paperwork to my 2 jobs 2 weeks ago and they still haven't gotten it back to me. Well technically one job did send it back, but it was less than half complete so I had to send it back to them asking they complete it again. I don't understand why it's taking them so long to get it done!!

    I also must add that I FINALLY got my tax refund! Hallelujah we have been waiting for months and got the happy surprise that it was for more than estimated :):D

    Just praying for a baby to come today. Last night was rough due to a migraine. Lost my mucus plug and got excited thinking something would happen. Only thing that happened was insomnia. Blah. Lol.

    39+3 and nothing's happening. Zip.nada. Going to a neighbours cattle branding this afternoon to socialize I guess while hubby helps.

    Had a doctors appointment this morning...39 weeks 4 days...crazy! Good news though, 75% effaced and 1 cm dilated (I know it's not much, but it's way better than the nothings I've been getting at every other appointment!) Doctor scraped my membranes so I'm crossing my fingers I'll go into labor in the next few days!! Hope everyone is able to get some rest and relaxation this weekend, happy 4th! :)

    37 weeks 5days had a ultrasound and doctors appointment Monday... im freaking out.. i had an ultrasound because we wanted to check on baby's growth because my first was 10 lb. and i had pph pretty bad And i guess i just make big babies because they told me he is 9lb. Already. so looks like a c-section? ?? Never had any type of surgery...idk what to think!!!

    Sorry another post...went to TJ Maxx today because it's right next to my doctor's office and was so excited because they had so many cute summer flats and sandals (I'm done buying clothes maternity or other wise until I have the baby and lose a little bit of the weight)...anyway I tried on like 5 pairs of shoes/sandals and couldn't fit my feet into ANY of them because they are so swollen!! What a disappointment [-(

    I just had my 36 week appointment and was told that LO was measuring a little bit small. Doctor thought maybe she was just positioned low, but when she checked, LO was actually really high. US is scheduled for Monday to check her size and to confirm that she is head down (doctor couldn't really tell). I'm not sure what to think since everyone in my family tends to have big babies (I was actually 11 lbs). I've just been so worried about having a giant baby that I never really considered that she could be too small! My doctor also referred me to a dermatologist to have a mole on my belly checked for melanoma. I assumed the mole was growing due to my growing belly, but she is a bit concerned about it.

    Had my 36 week appointment today and absolutely nothing. Cervix is "sky high" (Dr's words exactly) and wasnt even able to feel it with 0 dilation. Trying not to feel discouraged but can't seem to help it. There is plenty of time so I'm just going to be happy that my baby boy likes it in there.

    Anyone else experiencing inner pelvic bones being really sore kinda like you over stretched . Even though I've done nothing for this. Is this a sign of labor or my body getting ready ? Just trying to get my hopes up lol !

    @Tiaragentile yes! I have for the last couple days. I'm due the 18th. But at 35 weeks ultrasound they said he was already 7lbs 4oz. He feels so huge now! I can't imagine going to 40 weeks. So I'm hoping this new soreness is an indication that labor isn't far away!
