  FTM so no kids to worry about, as far as entertainment for hubby I just asked what he would like. All he wants is his laptop. Does your husband like to read? Maybe a new book, or magazines. Playing cards can also help pass the time.

  I am a FTM also. I put things in the bag for my husband to help me through labor. He has nothing to entertain himself but making me comfortable and a couple granola bars.

  Hubby is bringing his kindle and laptop. Between those he should be set for entertainment - tho I'm thinking he won't have too much time for it Gonna pack a few movies as the hospital has a tv and dvd player in the labor room and recovery room. DS is staying with my mom while we're in the hospital so he won't need activities for the hospital but I would think quiet activities. We have a tablet with games on it that he plays - something like that. Coloring books, story books, and maybe a movie to watch on a laptop with headphones - less distracting/annoying that way. I got DS a new book about being a big brother and I'm planning to give him the book and his new big brother shirt before we go so he can wear the shirt when he comes to meet his new baby sister.

  We are taking DH's laptop, our iPad, and phones. For DS, I bought him some crayola markers and books where the markers only color on that specific paper and I got him a stuffed puppy. My parents are keeping DS for us and she got him more coloring books, books to read, and plastic dinosaurs to play with.

  Umm DH doesnt need anything lol he needs to be preoccupied w me not a laptop or phone. Although he did say he would like to bring his xbox, loll I dont think so! All kidding aside, this hasnt crossed either of our minds as something to plan for.
