Cramping without bleeding

in 1st Trimester
I had an appointment at 10 weeks 3 days on June 26th and saw/heard a nice strong heartbeat. The next two days I had mild cramping with no bleeding. Could I have suffered a missed miscarriage? I lost a baby in December 2014 from a missed miscarriage and worried all the time! I would love to hear your thoughts. I am going crazy reading info online.

    I'm 6 weeks and have cramps. I notice when I stress it's more but it's also your ligaments stretching. If you can lay on your belly do it and up dog position is helpful

    I'm 6w6d and have cramping a couple times a day at most. My dr told me that it was completely normal as it was probably just the uterus making room for baby and getting used to something being in there. Hang in there, and I recommend not going to dr. Google as he rarely has anything positive to say! Lol. Good luck! :)
