  I've had it too! For two weeks now! I've just tried to rest as much as possible... My dr didn't seem too concerned yesterday...

  Hot shower, hot decaf tea, vicks, tissues, and a garbage can next to the bed while you rest.  I'm also getting over a cold, mine is in my chest.  So not fun.  Feel better soon.
