Bloody show not dilated

I will be 40 weeks on Monday and I have been experiencing bloody show since this morning. I just got back from my doctors appointment and I was hoping that bloody show would mean I was finally dilated. But sadly the doctor says that I'm closed and hard. But the doctor did tell me he believes that I am in pre labor. Any mommies experience bloody show without dilation or effacement

    I am currently in the same position I'm actually at the hospital being monitored I'm only 34 .weeks thou and unfortunately I'm going to have to deal with the contractions but good lucky to you and baby

    Hey ladies. I can't be of any help because I didn't have this but my suggestion would be to use the June or July boards for this question as the April mommies have already had their babies and his board is not very active anymore. You might get more responses from those ones
