Kenzie is a nickname and a trendy mess. Leilani is not my style at all, as it skews too Hawaiian/wannabe exotic. Keira is a beautiful name and you can never go wrong with Elizabeth.
Kenzie would work as a nickname for Mackenzie (emphasis on the normal spelling -- none of that MacKynzee crap people are into nowadays). It is most definitely NOT a stand alone name though. I would also steer clear of Leilani unless you or your husband are actually of Hawaiian descent. In that case, it's great, otherwise, I would maybe go with Lana or Leila instead.
Kiera Elizabeth is the best name you have up there.
Please just forget about Kenzie, it's g-d awful. I seem to remember a previous post a little while back where this was discussed at length and many suggestions were given. I know, you don't actually have to listen to our suggestions but putting the same name on a poll won't change the general opinion.

Not trying to change the general opinion, just wanting some percentages comparing the names.
My niece is named Keira Elizabeth so of course I voted for that and it is a pretty name. Keira is not a wrong way to spell it, go with whatever spelling you like.
I guess I'm opposite ... I think Kira, Keira, Kiera, Kiara etc is a terrible name. Terrible. I actually like Kenzie, although prefer the full name Mackenzie.
Re: Favorite girl name
Keira Knightley has said in interviews that her mother spelled her name wrong and was annoyed with it.
Please don't use Kenzie.
