Hi all, just thought this would be a good time since I had my first ob appt today. Everything went great, turns out she agrees that I'm a fine candidate for tolac. I'm so excited, because I like her (new dr), the hospital is equipped to handle a labor emergency, and their entire approach to labor & birth resonates with me. I feel like it's exactly what I was looking for (trust, safety, zen), and it's a five minute drive from home (small town).

How's everything going this pregnancy?
- the coffee aversion is gone, so happy :)
Reason for previous c/s?
- DD was breech & we didn't find out til I was past her due date
Last movie you watched?
- Eragon
Book you're currently reading/last completed?
- Instruments of Darkness by Imogen Robertson
Favorite pregnancy craving?
- kettle chips, specifically black pepper
Where's your next family vacation?
- we've been talking about saving big and taking a jaunt up to Iceland

    How's everything going this pregnancy? Pretty good, just sleepy so far. No real MS. 
    Reason for previous c/s? Bad positioning. I got to a 10 on my own, just couldn't get him out. He was LOP with an extended chin.
    Last movie you watched? Hmm, Max Max!
    Book you're currently reading/last completed? The Girl With All The Gifts
    Favorite pregnancy craving? Apples and ice water
    Where's your next family vacation? September! Doing a cruise.

    Love this! Ok here goes :

    How's everything going - morning sickness is finally letting up a little now that I'm closing in on second tri. Sleepiness is getting better too

    Reason for previous c/s - labeled failure to progress but my personal opinion is it was because she was posterior and her chin wasn't tucked. Definitely working on my spinning babies this pregnancy ;)

    Last movie - frozen :|

    Book I'm currently reading - game of thrones, on book 3!!

    Pregnancy craving - potatoes and eggs. Runny eggs yum. Eating that for dinner now with the toddler who also loves it. Winning!

    Next vacation - who knows! Hopefully in the next few years haha. I wanna go to disneyworld or Hawaii

    @je&moeder DH and I went on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera for our honeymoon. I loved it! I hope you do too :)

    @MarleneG88 those books are so frustrating! If you haven't figured it out already, don't decide to like any of the characters. You'll be extra disappointed when they die. Lol

    How's everything going this pregnancy?
    - feeling pretty good now, much better than weeks 6-8.

    Reason for previous c/s?
    - Arrest of descent. Was induced a couple of days prior to 42w, dilated to 10cm in about 9-10 hours. Labored down for 1-2 hours, pushed for over 3 hours, but DS never dropped beyond +2 station. 9 lbs, 14 oz, 99% percentile head circumference, malpositioned. It wasn't happening.

    Last movie you watched?
    - Oh gosh, I can't remember. But we just finished season 3 of Orange Is The New Black

    Book you're currently reading/last completed?
    - Book 6 in The Modern Witch series

    Favorite pregnancy craving?
    - frozen yogurt!

    Where's your next family vacation?
    - Smoky Mountains, Tennessee. If I'm still feeling good DH, me, and the 20 week belly will be hiking Mt. LeConte.

    @MarleneG88 the last major character death of book 5 made me so angry. I literally set the book down and said "what the f*€<!!!" But somehow you just can't stop reading them either haha.

    I hope you all dont mind if i join. Im not around the bump a whole lot but im trying to be more regular here.

    How's everything going this pregnancy?
    - It all ok. I just started getting morning sickness which is weird because I'm 13w2d now. It's frustrating.

    Reason for previous c/s?
    - I was induced for high blood pressure but after 2 days there was no progress and baby was getting distressed.

    Last movie you watched?
    - Step Up, whatever the newest one is

    Book you're currently reading/last completed?
    -I've been in the middle of the last Divergent book for forever and I just can't make myself finish.

    Favorite pregnancy craving?
    - I can't get enough Taco Bell

    Where's your next family vacation?
    - We're going to Orlando in October. Taking the 2 year old to the beach and Mickey's not so Scary Halloween Party

    @anglgrl718 - yay have fun! I'm in Orlando and DS loves Disney! We didn't do Mickey's NSSHP last year, but maybe this year. :)
