Last night before bed hubby and I went walking as we normally do and I experienced the normal BH contractions, nothing new, I am 39+6 btw. But I woke up around 3am with what felt like BH but a tiny bit more intense and longer, the one I timed was a minute and 15 seconds so I kept timing till the next one, which was 6 minutes apart and this one lasted a little over a minute and 20 seconds.. I rolled over to see if it would stop (cause I've seen if it's BH they'll stop) and it did for a little bit but then they kept happening. So then I decided to get up and walk around, the feeling of the contraction stopped but my belly was still tight.. When I laid down the contraction like feeling she back and is still going on as I type. I'm a FTM so I'm not quite sure if this is the real thing or just my uterus getting some extra practice in before baby.

That's the question I've been asking myself today, When do BH contractions become real contractions? I've had lots all day today, and it's making me excited/nervous!
Hope your appointment has some good news! You're almost there!
