I used Crinone during a loss cycle, however the cause of the loss was confirmed as unrelated to the Crinone, so don't let that worry you. In fact, I loved the stuff. I had been using progesterone suppositories prior to switching and they just tore me up (something about one of the inert ingredients the compounding pharmacy had used). I found the Crinone easy to use, no side effects, and my RE was so happy with my blood progesterone levels on Crinone that she moved all of her patients over to it. She later told me she had more successful cycles for her patients on Crinone than on traditional suppositories, and believed that was because the bioadhesive gel allowed for higher uptake levels.
Best of luck moving forward.
